Stuart is a leading last mile delivery platform that connects small and big businesses to a fleet of geo-localised couriers. We empower thousands of companies across Europe by providing same-day delivery, next-day delivery and return solutions. We work across verticals with retailers, grocery stores, restaurants and e-commerce merchants to enable smarter transportation models. Four years since we launched, couriers on our platform complete tens of millions of deliveries annually for 2000+ business clients in 75 cities. As a Growth Lead you will be a key asset in this growth. You will be a representative of the Stuart commercial team, tasked with growing our existing portfolio of clients including some of the high street's most recognisable brands. You will be joining a great team at one of the most promising start-ups in Europe, surrounded by entrepreneurs passionate about disrupting existing models throughout technology. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Account Management. Responsibilities * Create, manage and implement growth strategies for your key accounts * Maintain a portfolio of SMB and Enterprise accounts across our core verticals of Food, Grocery and Retail * Agree growth targets for your clients and set targets to achieve each quarter * Build deep and ongoing relationships with key decision makers including Operations Managers, Business owners and Ecommerce leads. * Ensure that your key accounts are satisfied by communicating and project managing their needs effectively to internal stakeholders and influencing action. * Identify churn risks within your portfolio and implement action plans to mitigate * Meet clients face to face and have regular calls/check-ins * Become an expert in our Product, Platform and Operations * Collaborate across teams to better focus client-facing efforts, taking the initiative to identify issues and find solutions * Build and deliver compelling demonstrations, presentations and pitches Requirements * 4+ years experience in an Account Management or a client-facing role * Hustler mentality, hungry to learn and exceed client expectations in a demanding environment * Solutions-oriented, always look for innovative ways to make things work rather than reasons why something won't work * Experience of managing projects involving multiple stakeholders from different teams * Analytical mindset - you should be confident with numbers and using data to inform decisions. * Consultative approach, with a natural desire to understand your client's needs and work to find a solution that fits them best. * You want to be a master in your industry and know the product and your clients from top to bottom. * Experience in a high growth start-up is a plus Benefits * Competitive compensation package * Work-life balance - work from home and flexible hours * Awesome office in a co-working space near Old Street * Food allowance (in value up to 10) and all the free drinks/snacks you can handle * Wellness program (in value up to 40) to use in any gym or sport class * Private health care (including dental and optical) provided by AXA * Pension took care of through a partnership with Royal London * Work in an international, dynamic and passionate environment with a company culture focused on learning and development * Annual company offsite - Formentera Island last year! * Lunchtime sports: 5 a side football Fridays, squash Thursdays and much more!
