Working predominately on the telephone, you will have a proven track record in consistently delivering targets in a dynamic and changing work environment. You'll have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills, but most importantly; strive to deliver a great customer experience. Key Result Areas: • Acquiring new members and retaining existing members through inbound and outbound call activity • Targeting potential members who have already started an application • Retain members who want to cancel their membership by explaining the benefits of our products and services • Contacting existing members who have cancelled or stopped payments to upsell the benefits of retaining membership • Working on admin and emails received from potential and existing members Skills and Experience: • Effective questioning and listening skills • Enjoys working to KPI's in and sales driven environment • Self-motivated, professional and resilient at all times • Excellent telephone manner and ability to think on your feet • Enthusiastic, dynamic and positive attitude • Strong negotiation influencing skills A full induction programme and on-going training will provide you with an intimate knowledge and understanding of Benenden Health's core product. There is a requirement to attend 3 weeks' full-time training Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, (Dates TBC). Please note that candidates must be available for the whole training period and have no pre booked annual leave within this time frame.
