Telesales Team Manager job opportunity. Your new company Hays Office Support are currently working with a successful organisation that is going from strength to strength. This organisation prides themselves on providing first class customer service. They are currently looking for a Telesales Team Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Your new role Within this role you will be tasked with managing a team of telesales executives, duties will include managing and coaching performance. You drive sales and retention and help the team to hit targets. The team that you will oversee is responsible for B2C. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and will tasked with putting forward recommendations to systems and procedures. You will complete staff 121's and monitor KPIs. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need previous experience within a similar role. You will have a proven track record in delivering sales targets on time, to plan and budget. You will understand capacity planning in a telesales environment. What you'll get in return In return you will be paid a competitive salary. The working hours for this position are Monday to Thursday 12pm - 8pm and Friday 9am - 5pm. This organisation offers a fantastic range of benefits including healthcare cover and on-site gym.
