Overview
Telesales Executives We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join a friendly and welcoming team, at a client based in the centre of York. This Telesales Executive position will involve; Inbound and Outbound calls to both new and existing customers Following up 'warm' leads from potential customers who have requested information Retaining customers who would like to close their account Contact customers who have cancelled or stopped payments, with the hopes to retain them Responding to any emails with questions or queries from customers, delivering excellent customer service This will be working Monday to Friday 8-hours a day, earning a salary of £10 per hour. Full training is provided; therefore, this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has worked within Customer Service and would like to progress their career into a 'warm' Sales environment.
