These are the opportunities ahead as a Systems Analyst at Redington. Your role will be to ensure that the ALM team have the most efficient, effective and appropriate systems. There will be an opportunity to learn and work with the latest Microsoft power applications such as Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate as well as VBA for Excel and PowerPoint. You will work in close collaboration with the development team, ensure that the system requirements and improvements are delivered in the best way possible. You will also have opportunities to get involved with other exciting projects and new business initiatives. Requirements YOU ARE LIKELY TO BE * Looking for a placement year * Interested in finance/investments * Experience working with excel and VBA * Have a passion for efficiency (making sure your processes work as appropriately as possible)Interested in automation and streamlining modelling processes * Adaptable and agile with your approach to different people * Persistent - can see things through to completion * Quick to learn, quick to understand and quick to evaluate YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE * Experience working as the communication point across multiple teams * Good mathematical skills * Familiarity with a programming language * An appreciation for the complexities of coding a solution Benefits A day off for your birthday Private medical 25 days holiday 7% Employer contribution to Pension with 2% matching option to your pension or an ISA Social Events Free tea, coffee, fruit and cereals Time off over Christmas without using annual leave Gym subsidy Training and continuous development, both personal/professional
