Job Description

Position Overview: The Account Director provides primary oversight of client group projects, ensuring that the client's operational team are providing excellent service and maintaining project timelines from initial engagement through close down. In addition, the Account Director may be responsible for bringing in new clients and/or high-risk projects through the development life cycle, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Act as owner of client accounts, keeping teams apprised of all project developments at the account level while maintaining stellar client satisfaction. * Build effective partnerships with Project Managers, Design Managers, Developers and Testers and other internal teams to ensure that projects move smoothly through all phases of the development process. * Manage account financials and monitor ongoing team profitability * Ensure that project timelines are maintained, track milestones and process improvements at the account level, and report regularly to client contacts on account health. * Work with account representatives to establish client-specific standard requirements (as needed) and manage change control throughout the project lifecycle. * Act as subject matter expert for client-specific processes/functionality, clinical study protocols, and capabilities of the endpoint PULSE platform. * Manage ongoing reporting of project health and profitability to internal and external stakeholders. * Conduct account-specific training. Qualifications: Education: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience Experience: * 5-7 years' experience in a software Project Management role, with a proven ability to understand technical concepts and learn very quickly. * Previous experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred. * Prior experience delivering voice (IVR) web (IWR) and mobile (IMR) platforms a big plus. * Proven leadership ability, especially in a regulated industry, a huge plus.
