Mandiant Managed Defense is a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service that combines industry-recognized cyber security expertise, FireEye technology, and unparalleled knowledge of attackers to identify threats early in the attack lifecycle to minimize the potential impact of a breach. Mandiant Managed Defense is continuously fueled by the industry's largest global cyber threat intelligence capability that harnesses machine, campaign, adversary and victim intelligence gained from the frontlines of the world's most consequential cyber attacks enabling us to reveal even the most sophisticated attacker. We are looking for an exceptional leader to run our Managed Defense operations throughout Europe. You will collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and enterprise level customers to solve problems, implement new MD service offerings, and deliver successfully against high organizational standards. You will use your sound business acumen, consulting skills, and current security-related technical skills to lead multiple projects under tight deadlines and to manage staff to successfully target and fight against emerging cyber security threats. What You Will Do: * Provide operational oversight of service delivery, ensuring high quality deliverables * Define business strategy, scope new opportunities, and work alongside the sales team to drive new business * Oversee and drive the successful implementation of new MD service offerings * Ensure all business and operational processes are executed with efficiency and quality, and ensure all service SLAs are met * Enable training efforts to develop and lead a team of security experts to high performance QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: * Provide thought leadership and the ability to lead and manage all aspects of an MDR operation * Experience translating operational requirements into internal capabilities * Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide security transformation projects * Background in and ability to discuss the incident response process (investigation and remediation), security operations, threat hunting, and/or network security architecture with consulting experience preferred * Fundamental understanding of security controls for common platforms and devices, including Windows, Unix, Linux, and network equipment * Understanding of current information security challenges, solutions, and industry trends with experience driving successful information security programs Additional Qualifications: * Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or information technology field * 10+ years of information technology experience with 4+ years of Management experience preferred * Willingness to travel up to 30% globally * Proven success in effectively communicating goals and development of a common mission * An appetite for everything tech Responsibilities: Mandiant is a recognized leader in cyber security expertise and has earned the trust of security professionals and company executives around the world.
