The Asset Reliability Manager will lead our Asset Reliability agenda for Bournville Manufacturing. Purpose of the role The Asset Reliability Manager will lead the maintenance teams in building up PM strategies in cooperation with pillar members. This role is the key in providing technical and methodological coaching, as well as fostering a strong equipment reliability culture. They will lead cost reduction and spare parts optimization, whilst ensuring consistent PM Step 3, 4 and 5 roll-out and evolution. They will introduce PM advanced tools and human reliability. Mainresponsibilities + Master data management andupdate. + Visual management and toolscontrol. + Inspection development andupdate. + Lubrication management(until transf. to AM). + Calibration management andexecution. + TBM development, managementand execution support. + CBM development, managementand execution. + Spare parts management andoptimization. + KPIs and KAIs management. + Maintenance contractsmanagement. + Legal requirements management. + FMECA and RCM application. + Human reliability analysis. + Overall budget control andmaintenance cost reduction initiatives. + Engineering Change &Control (MP DataBase Updating).
