Director of Asset Management & Safety Solihull Parkway, Birmingham  Salary: £94,029 per annum   Type: Permanent Basis: Full Time 37 hours per week Work pattern:  Monday - Friday   Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Asset Management and Safety. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the Asset Management and Safety strategy to meet their strategic and commercial objectives. You will also ensure they meet the requirements of the new regulatory environment arising from the Grenfell Inquiry.    Providing quality homes that meet the highest standards of sustainability and safety are at the forefront of what they do, therefore they are looking for a Director who will be adept at creating customer service focused cultures.    You will also have strategic skills to help us maximise the use of their portfolio and enhance both financial and customer value, ensuring their investment programmes are delivered on time and to budget. In addition to the above, you will embrace the culture of collaboration and you will also be a strong communicator.    You will be responsible for effectively leading the Asset and Safety Directorate to ensure the value and condition of their primary and secondary assets are optimised, and that the organisation fully complies with health and safety legislation and regulation.      The Director of Asset Management and Safety is a key position within their Senior Leadership Team, therefore demonstrable experience advising and reporting on Asset Management at board level as well as the skills to work with a diverse range of stakeholders is of paramount importance.   In return, they offer a competitive salary of £94,029 per annum including contributory pension matched up to 10%, private healthcare, health benefits cash scheme and 32 days holiday plus bank holidays.
