Overview
A national client side organisation with a significant portfolio of assets across the West Midlands currently have a job opportunity for a Property & Asset Manager to join their Midlands operation. The business is in a strong position having posted excellent results in 2019, they are now investing heavily in expansion of the business and property portfolio. The role itself will involve driving performance of the portfolio, ensuring it’s contribution as efficiently as possible to the overall organisational targets. You will take responsibility for strategic asset management, L&T, rent reviews / lease renewals and re-gears. It’s important that you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are able to identify opportunities for development, both within the existing portfolio and with the acquisition of new sites. To be considered for this position, you will need to be an experienced property professional with a strong track record of delivery within a client side or consultancy environment. It’s important that you’re able to build relationships, influence decision making and communicate effectively at board level. In return, you will receive a highly competitive basic salary of £40,000 – £50,000, car and several other perks.
