Key Responsibilities: Accountable for using web analytics and data insights to define requirements and plans that deliver increased eCommerce conversion and engagement. Drive conversion rate optimization and A/B/MVT testing backlog with statistical rigor for our global digital commerce stores. Develop test plans, define success metrics, analyze and transform raw data into actionable insights. Collaborate with our Product, UX, Technology and LoB teams to proactively build and execute an A/B testing pipeline and drive incremental improvements on digital properties via a continuous experimentation approach. Define key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and subsequent user experience improvements. Create compelling data visualizations and business dashboards based on web analytics data from multiple sources. Syndicate insights to stakeholders to help improve customer experience across various touchpoints on our digital properties. Experience with NPS (Net Promoter Score) systems implementations. Improve NPS through the ongoing analysis and reporting of promoters/detractors from the customer satisfaction data. Enable data-driven decision making across the business through both quantitative and qualitative insights and analysis. Monitor data quality, proactively correcting discrepancies ensuring accuracy. Work closely with the leadership team to create actionable analytics roadmaps. Must Have Attributes : Extensive eCommerce experience - You have worked 7-8 years in large scale digital commerce setup, with end-to-end digital analytics accountability. BS/BA in related discipline, i.e. analytics, data sciences, statistics, business, math, etc. Extensive A/B testing experience - You have established and run A/B testing programs in an eCommerce environment before, with strong experience in A/B testing tools like Google Optimize. Demonstrable proficiency in statistics and data science - You possess strong working experience in forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts. Extensive experience in blending data from several backend data sources. Google Marketing Platform familiarity - You possess strong working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and its key capabilities. You have experience working with an NPS measurement system, such as Medallia. You have a passion for enabling superior customer experience and take the initiative to determine ways to grow NPS. Ideas driven - You have the capacity to be open to new ideas, ambiguity and comfortable exploring areas where there are no right answers. Desirable Attributes : Data Visualization expert - You can articulate complex data visually, enhancing the value of the insights via Tableau and Google Data Studio. CR and Marketing Automation familiarity - You have working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Marketo You possess familiarity with Agile framework methodologies.
