Job Description
Role: Project / Traffic Manager Location: Edinburgh ROLE MISSION Working in partnership with our client, the Project / Traffic Manager will be responsible for running a small team of designers, artworkers, and copywriters on-site and managing the day to day workflow for multiple print and digital jobs from brief through to delivery in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE * Taking overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfilment * Successfully manages client expectations on the delivery of design and artwork jobs, always upholding the provision of excellent customer service * Liaising with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates and schedules. * Review and screen client briefs, challenging where necessary * Schedule projects in line with the correct internal resource and help to source external resources where necessary. * Ensure projects follow the agency process and are completed on time and in budget. * Improves key departmental processes through continual monitoring and review to increase productivity WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL * Extensive experience of working in a design studio * To pro-actively manage multiple jobs, with fast turn-around and often tight deadlines. * Knowledge of account management and invoicing * Experience in providing clear and accurate management information. * Strong Excel skills * Experience managing digital, offline and integrated campaigns in a creative and production agency. * Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
