Associate Service Partner Manager (ASPM) EMEA SERVICES - INSIDE SALES Introduction The EMEA Services Inside Sales team proudly drives Customer Success by ensuring our customers are supported and providing the best in class customer and partner experience. We maximize our service opportunities by working closely with Juniper Account Managers (AMs), Partner Account Managers (PAMs), Distribution Account Managers (DAMs), Service Business Managers (SBMs), Services Operations, our partners and customers to maximize service development and positioning. Responsibilities The ASPM will be the single point of contact in the defined country or region for our top Services Distributors and Elite Resellers. The main objective of this team is partner business development * Improve attach rate: by ensuring our partners attach services/support to any new product sales * Ensure RMA (Return Material Authorization) timely returns and reduction of outstanding RMA's * Improve renewal rate: by ensuring our partners renew on time our existing support contracts Location and language requirements This is a new team: we are looking for high potential candidates with 2+ year experience in a partner support or sales role with strong relationship building skills in a dynamic and fast-pace environment who are ready to take on a new challenge * UKI & Nordics (United Kingdom & Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden): London City, UK - with native/fluent English (other Nordic languages an advantage but not mandatory) This role will report into the EMEA Services - Inside Sales, Snr Manager with a dotted line to the UKI, DACH and Nordics Service Partner Manager (SPM) Job Duties Establish and continuously develop relationships as a 'trusted advisor' within identified Resellers and Distributors and across all levels of the business to ensure Juniper and Partner success Drive Attach and Renewal rates within Region through identified Resellers and Distributors, as well as wider Service revenues across the portfolio Facilitate Partner enablement, training and interaction around the Services portfolio within Region through identified Resellers and Distributors Drive RMA timely returns and reduction of outstanding RMA's in field within Region through identified Resellers and Distributors Maximize services revenue and customer satisfaction within Region through identified Resellers and Distributors through monthly and quarterly operational reviews Work across multiple Juniper teams to promote, develop and continually improve our reseller's and distributor's performance via training, business planning, program development, marketing and sales activities. Key Deliverables Establish and maintain effective relationships with our partners and gain their trust and respect. Monthly operational performance reviews to cover Attach Rates, Renewal Rates, Service Sales, RMA's and status of associated top open opportunities Quarterly Service Business Reviews, including Partner performance, marketing initiatives, changes/updates to policy, new initiatives, enablement requirements Attend Partner and Juniper Partner events where applicable Ensure compliance within the Juniper program Facilitate the resolution of general Partner issues and queries around Services on a daily basis; act as an escalation point for partners satisfaction issues, building and nurturing relationships to ensure the appropriate partner visibility and actions to quickly resolve issues. Drive partner development by Aligning with Area Leads and SBMs in executing the services strategy and services sales targets, in line with the common vision of the organization. Own the services sale outcome in order to close and secure Services Business by delivering improvement in all KPIs: * On time attach rate * On time Renewal rate * On time RMA Returns * Revenue Does this sound like you?
