Job Description

Join one of the country's leading providers of NHS primary and community care who have been providing unique and tailor-made solutions to healthcare challenges since 2005. You will take the operational lead on a practice situated within London working alongside the site Clinical Lead to push through significant improvements and ensure the day to day smooth running of the practice. Location: London (Notting hill area) Hours: Ideally looking for someone for around 30 hours a week, but flexible to either increase or decrease hours for right candidate Salary: up to 50,000 pro rata however negotiable for right candidate Contract: 6-month FTC You will hold several principal duties including patient satisfaction, financial performance, governance, contract / client management and people management so it is vital you have prior experience working at a similar level within a patient care or healthcare environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into managing this practice. You will also be the CQC registered manager for this site. Due to the nature of the role we ideally need someone experienced in practice management and can make a difference straight away with little guidance.
