Team Manager - Referral and Assessment - East London Salary Up to £51,400 This is an excellent opportunity to manage a referral and assessment team, with a local authority that has recently achieved an Outstanding Ofsted following their inspection this year. Highlights: * Will be managing a small team and will have the support of a Practice Manager so you can focus on Case Oversight * Current themes in the Local Authority include: Mental Health, Domestic Violence, CSE and emerging Gangs. * You will be coming into an established and full team so you wont have to worry about recruiting more staff or training up junior staff * You will have the support of an extremely experienced and supportive Service Manager who is a permanent member of the senior management team and significantly helped improve Ofsted. * Will have the opportunity to work from home and work flexibly which provides you with more of a work-life balance. * The Local Authority uses Relationship Based Practice. You'll be working for an authority near Stratford that provides training and progression as they have an internal in house training team. These extra qualifications will look great on your CV and boost your professional profile for future opportunities. For this role, you will be in a team consisting of Advanced Practitioners, Social Workers, ASYE students and an Practice Manager. To be successful in your application, you need to be a: * Qualified Social Worker and HCPC registered. * Strong managerial experience. * Managed/Supervised a MASH/Referral and Assessment team.
