We are currently supporting an innovative and well-established rapidly growing SME who are actively seeking a Marketing Executive to join their marketing team based in Gloucestershire. This role will give you the opportunity to get involved in all the elements of the marketing mix from event organisation through to lead generation and social media marketing. It is essential you are excellent with content creation and know how to structure content for varied audiences. Key responsibilities and duties of this role... * Rewriting/restructuring the company's product pages, so that they are SEO optimised * Writing copy for launch literature, blog pages, LinkedIn and e-shots and working with external creative agency partners to refresh and enhance stakeholder and customer presentations * Lead generation - utilizing LinkedIn and other platforms to identify relevant new contacts * Engaging with contacts through a program of attention grabbing communications including e-shots, social media posts and Direct Mail campaigns * Social media marketing - managing client's LinkedIn profile and creating regular, engaging product/service/recruitment posts and content for the sales function to share with your own networks * Exploring paid/seeded content and the wider LinkedIn Marketing suite to target new and relevant customers/stakeholders and managing our LinkedIn InMail campaigns * WhatsApp/SMS marketing - manage the company's SMS/WhatsApp marketing program for contractors and the plumbing channel * Event management - managing the organisation and crucially the pre-promotion of events and exhibitions Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications... * Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing or communications role * High level of written English and grammar * Technical marketing experience is highly desirable * B2B essential * Experience of writing for a technical audience is highly desirable * Experience of using LinkedIn Marketing and social media marketing generally * Event organisation desirable * Attention to detail/accuracy essential * Adobe suite desirable * SEO & paid advertising experience desirable Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm (Mon-Fri) with a degree of flexibility Benefits * Salary of 25,000 - 30,000 * 25 days holiday + 8 Days Bank Holiday * + Bonus * Free on-site parking * Modern offices * Free food and drink throughout the day and breakfast for the early risers! * Monthly reward scheme * Personal development plans
