Duty Manager - Luxury 5* Boutique Hotel The LaLit Suri Hospitality Group, headquartered in New Delhi, is India's largest and the fastest growing privately owned Hotel Company. Your New Role As Duty Manager you will ensure that all guests and your team have an enjoyable experience whilst at The LaLiT London. Your responsibilities will include: You will have heavy presence in the hotel, making yourself available to our guests and responding to all guest queries. Ensure our VIPs and any special occasion bookings are well looked after and followed up on. Communicating guest feedback and any areas of concern. Taking responsibility to resolve issues that arise in the Hotel You will be a great team leader, ensuring the reception team are well informed, trained and motivated. Being aware of room availability as well as special events and ensuring the team are also aware. What you will need to succeed Previous experience Front Office from a luxury 4/5* hotel Fluent in written & verbal English language Strong interpersonal & communication skills Exceptional customer care skills Great team worker Ability to work under pressure Pride and attention to detail in your work Flexible attitude What's on offer 28 paid holidays per annum Competitive salary Complimentary dry cleaning of business attire/uniform Discounted Food and Beverage and accommodation rates Complimentary meals on duty Learning and development programs Varied Employee Social Calendar Eligibility In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
