Successful candidates must be Newly Qualified and competent handling all criminal law duties such as, representing clients at arraignments, hearings, and court trials. You will also be preparing evidence given to a judge and/or jury, should the case go to trial and prepare and draft legal documents, including legal briefs and appeals.
