Job Category Alliances & Channels Job Details What you'll be doing... At Tableau we have an exciting opportunity within one of our key growth areas for a seasoned leader. This role will be responsible for leading the Embedded Analytics & OEM team for EMEA. The Director of Partner Development Embedded Analytics & OEM will drive partner strategy and field execution for each of the strategic partners, as well as carrying direct report responsibility for highly specialised and highly motivated individuals. Some of the things you'll be doing include ... + Create an inclusive, values-led, environment that drives a successful, high performing sales team + Collaborate closely with EMEA Country Managers to drive Embedded Analytics business plans in each region + Collaborate closely with corporate leadership in Seattle to help set the strategy and direction globally + Develop strategic business plans with top OEM partners, and align goals and objectives consistent with corporate strategy. Align sales, marketing, and services activities against these goals + Contribute to the overall strategic direction as a key member of the EMEA Partner leadership team + Create strategic relationships with senior decision makers within our key partners and ensure they are mapped to Tableau management + Leadership and management of the Partner Development team including resource management, hiring, mentorship and performance management + Provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecasts Who you are... + Demonstrable innovation + Possess strong executive presence and credibility + Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned goals and targets + Exceptional management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills + Energy and passion + Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment + Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience + Significant field Channel leadership and Strategic Partnership experience + Significant experience in the creation and execution of partner plans and programs + You are a Recruiter!
