Our award-winning Transaction Advisory Group ("TAG") is currently building on its significant success working with Private Equity firms, Financial Institutions and Corporates across Europe and on a global basis. We have now launched our Infrastructure Transaction Advisory team and this is being led by an established MD team with an exceptional reputation and track record in the Infrastructure market. We are looking for an experienced Manager to join us in London and specialise in advising Infrastructure Investors. The successful candidate will; * Join a team with strong leadership, bright, energetic people and a truly entrepreneurial spirit * Have knowledge and a strong interest in the Infrastructure investor community * Deliver UK & international projects on behalf of many of the most prominent organisations worldwide As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to; * Work on multiple Infrastructure Transaction Advisory engagements, working closely with our Managing Directors * Manage junior team members ensuring effective delegation and high standards of client deliverables * Gain constant exposure to the Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience and be proactively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing * Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction * Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process * Network internally with our service lines and to work on external marketing events to build cross- service line relationships * Be active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in beginning to develop new client relationships. Essential experience: * Previous experience in Financial Due Diligence (Transaction Services) is essential in addition to exposure across in Infrastructure funds, SWF, Insurance companies and Pension funds * Trained at a Big 4 firm or an established Transaction Advisory (transaction services) practice * Fluent business level English. Additional European language skills including French, Dutch, German, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable * Experience of actively and pro-actively participating in business development activities A&M Culture A&M is a growing business and TAG employees have extensive client exposure and the opportunity be involved in business development activities.
