For over 40 years we have been working with clients around the world and in diverse industry sectors to help them to understand and manage their environmental, health, safety, risk and social impacts. Our Mergers & Acquisitions team is currently going through a period of significant growth in the market whilst also servicing an existing large client base. To support the successful delivery of this growth ambition the team are looking to appoint a number of Senior Consultants to manage and deliver a range of projects, while supporting on further client development to capture the growth in the market. The ideal candidate will need to: * Project manage medium to large size due diligence projects from local to global scale for private equity and trade clients * Deliver multiple project tasks or components, including completing proposals * Have demonstrable ability to: * work under pressure and to tight deadlines * work cross-culturally with ERM teams around the world * have good attention to detail * have good organisational and multitasking capabilities * maintain focus and motivation * Analyse information to understand and articulate commercial consequences of EHS and social issues * Supervise project team(s),coach and mentor junior staff * Understand the interrelationships between ERM practices and policies and how these are applied within the business model(s) * Collaborate across regions and global practice communities * Establish strong working relationships with clients through project delivery * Ideally have multiple sector experience, including O&G, manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, infrastructure * Ideally have experience in both acquisition and vendor due diligence * Depending on your level of experience, bring client relationships to ERM
