Job Description
Maintenance Engineer position available to work in a 5 Star Hotel based near Bond Street, London W1R. Permanent position paying up to £26k per annum, working M-F 40hrs per week. Offering excellent benefits and career progression. JOB DUTIES * Carry out preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance throughout the hotel. * Ensure the good upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the hotel. * Carry out general painting and decorating work. * Support the Maintenance Manager with overseeing maintenance contractors. * Ensure legislation compliance of electrical testing and fire assessments are adhered to. * Ensure safekeeping of all electrical equipment * Attend to all room repairs & maintenance, log all the records & notify management regarding issues.
