A job is available for a Maintenance Technician to work at a classic, elegant 4 star hotel based in Canary Wharf, London E14. The Maintenance Technician job is paying up to £35.6k per annum, working Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm + impressive benefits. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Technician job will involve the following The Maintenance Technician will carry out preventative maintenance & reactive maintenance of plant & equipment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for managing & coordinating all maintenance contractors. The Maintenance Technician will complete all logs for building services & general building maintenance on the BMS System. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the hotel building services & other general maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the departments budget reports. JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal Maintenance Technician will have previous job experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment. Preferred Maintenance Technician will hold electrical qualifications. The Maintenance Technician will be multi skilled and have strong knowledge of mechanical plant.
