Excellent job opportunity is available for a Maintenance Manager to work in a 5 Star apartment building near Canary Wharf, London E14. This global business is looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for managing the day to day maintenance , housekeeping and facilities operations. The Maintenance Manager job is offering up to £38k per annum + benefits. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Manager job will involve the following The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing day to day maintenance operations and ensure the smooth running of building and all planned preventative maintenance. The Maintenance Manager will ensure that the maintenance and safety policies and procedures are adhered to. The Maintenance Manager will ensure all work carried out within the hotel is in accordance with the health & safety regulations. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing all maintenance contractors and tenders including obtaining quotes for reactive works. The Maintenance Manager will ensure all building maintenance related areas are well looked after. JOB REQUIREMENTS The preferred Maintenance Manager will have experience working in a customer facing environment, someone who has previously worked as a Maintenance Supervisor, Building Manager, Maintenance Team Leader, Property Maintenance Manager or Assistant Maintenance Manager, The Maintenance Manager will have strong knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, facilities and H&S standards. JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Manager job is based near Canary Station, London E14 4QS.
