Our client, a 4 star luxury hotel based near London Bridge, London SE1 is urgently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join their maintenance team. The Maintenance Assistant job is offering up to £21k per annum, working 5 days pw including weekends. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Assistant job will involve the following The Maintenance Assistant will carry out day to day maintenance throughout the hotel. The Maintenance Assistant will carry out basic m&e plant maintenance . The Maintenance Assistant will carry out plumbing repairs, basic carpentry & electrics. The Maintenance Assistant will carry out maintenance to hotel fixtures and fittings. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideally the Maintenance Assistant will have strong knowledge of building maintenance . Preferred Maintenance Assistant will be someone who has previously worked in a hotel as a S hift Maintenance Handyman , Maintenance Technician , Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Handyman . The Maintenance Assistant will be well presented and have good communication skills. JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Assistant job is located near London Bridge Station, London SE1 9SP. JOB OFFER The Maintenance Assistant job is paying up to £21k per annum Shifts 8am-9pm/8am-4pm/10am to 9pm/1pm to 9pm 33 Days holiday.
