Objective: Working in partnership with key stakeholders and HR Business Partners to build critical capability of Leaders and Key Talent, through the provision of high impact, best practice, learning and coaching interventions which drive business performance. Highlighted responsibilities: * To lead on the diagnosis, plan, design and deliver impactful organisation wide leadership development interventions. * Lead and sustain a comprehensive coaching program for all people leaders. * Act as internal coach to senior leaders across the organization to drive performance. * Skillfully manage complex, matrix, stakeholder relationships and external providers efficiently and effectively, to time and to budget with clear measurable outcomes. * Support the delivery of the Global HR strategy including learning, talent and cultural interventions. * Comply with the Company's policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives of AbbVie Qualifications Knowledge and Experience: * Educated to Degree level, with a professional qualification in Learning & Development, HR or Leadership Development. * Depth of experience in developing leaders at a senior level, across a matrix and virtually. * Able to build relationships with and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally in a complex matrix environment. * Well versed in the application of learning and leadership theories, tools and techniques including 70:20:10, mobile and social learning. * Hogan personality profile certified an advantage Travel No Job Type Experienced Schedule Full-time Job Level Code IC Equal Employment Opportunity At AbbVie, we value bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds to develop new and innovative solutions for patients.
