Your team: The UBS University is an organization that sits within HR and the Talent & Recruitment function. The UBS U provides strategic direction, consultancy, design, delivery and execution of learning and development programs, services, projects, and expertise. The Talent function includes divisionally aligned and groupwide learning teams that align their work with the development needs across all areas of the firm. The Leadership Talent Specialist role sits within the Leadership Academy team - a global team focused on the strategy and execution of groupwide programs/initiatives and 'change the bank' projects in the areas of leadership and management development, executive development, and culture change. Your expertise: Ideally at least 5 years Learning & Development experience in a global organization Project management skills and experience. Training delivery and/or facilitation experience Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects/tasks at the same time and meet deadlines. Professional, proactive and focused with strong analytical and communications and consulting skills. A self-starter able to identify needs and initiate solutions independently Able to present convincingly in front of senior management and client facing employees. Knowledge of adult learning, eLearning design/creation, and appropriate application of learning methodologies. Bachelor's degree or international equivalent. About us: Expert advice.
