Overview

In house Resourcer / Recruitment Support Based: Berkshire Up to £420k HR Careers/ Nationwide Recruitment Service group is seeking a true recruitment assistant candidate support partner to manage candidate experience, candidate management and candidate respecting. You will help provide and deliver the necessary candidates to fulfil the recruitment teams requirements. You will have a background in resourcing candidates and recruitment / candidate management skills. This is candidatr management/ managing resourcing candidates for volume recruitment campaigns and you will be pivotal to the client, project management, 3rd party technology, recruitment team, analysis, reporting and ensuring client campaigns are delivered on time and in full. RPO experience or working for business with large resourcing models would be excellent, e.g. shared service centres, Resourcing centres etc You will be resourcing candidates for the teams for A LOT OF VACANCIES & A LOT OF CLIENTS) Experience of Microsoft Office packages essential and recruitment technology/ software / Ats advantageous.
