Junior Talent Recruiter

Our client is looking for a Junior Talent Recruiter:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and define job specifications.

- Engage with external vendors to source contingent labor and make sure that they fulfill their needs quickly.

- Provide comprehensive recruitment support, from initial job qualification to final hiring, facilitating a seamless process for managers and candidates.

- Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and external partners to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

- Track and report on recruitment activities, including vendor performance and staffing metrics.

Qualifications:

- HR Experience (Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Customer Success).

- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, capable of effectively interacting with managers and external partners.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Independent work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
