Recruiter

Our client is looking for a Recruiter:

Responsibilities:

- Partners with managers and supervisors to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required.

- Coordinates and drives procedures to eliminate or resolve visa issues affecting potential employees.

- Negotiates salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee.

- Ensures clerical procedures are in accordance with Federal, State, and EEOC requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

- +1 year of hands-on experience conducting interviews in a fast-paced environment. 

- 1-2 Years of experience conducting high volume recruitment proc

- Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects.
