In a nutshell As Recruiter you'll be working as part of a team dedicated to managing and supporting recruitment activity across defined business areas across Sainsbury's Bank including contact centre recruitment. What success looks like? * Be responsible for end to end vacancy management * Act as a recruitment process and systems expert offering Hiring Managers advice, guidance and support as required, ensuring great candidate and hiring manager experience. What you will be doing * Responsible for delivery of recruitment to a successful conclusion for internal and external vacancies, including contact centre. This will include vacancy briefings, agreement of attraction strategy, sourcing, screening through to offer management * Manage candidates through the end to end recruitment process until fully on-boarded in a way that strengthens and conveys a positive employer brand * Responsible for ensuring all advertised vacancies have the correct job descriptions and/or adverts, as well as any additional media (Linked-in, job boards) to ensure we build suitable talent pools * Deliver great customer service, supporting Hiring Managers to hire the best candidates What you need to know and show * Recruitment experience and understanding of the theory or proven knowledge of recruitment best practice in the external market place, including Talent Pooling and Market Mapping * Experienced recruitment professional with demonstrable expertise in specific business sectors, for example contact centre. * Knowledge and experience in the use of resourcing technologies and social networking to build candidate/talent pools * myHR/ATS expert, varied search and sourcing skills, working towards LinkedIn Black Belt, talent pooling * Proactively increases own knowledge and commercial awareness whilst keeping abreast of new innovations in attraction methodologies * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail * Self-motivation, working at pace and multi-tasker with limited supervision * Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies, exposure to working in a regulated environment would be advantageous * A passion for Diversity and Inclusion in all approaches Colleague Conduct Rules The individual performing this role is expected to adhere to conduct rules as specified by our regulators (PRA and FCA).
