Overview
As a result of a significant increase in deal activity, this awarding winning TS team is looking to bolster its ranks with a commercially astute recently qualified Accountant. The successful individual will work on a wide range of deal types (buy side, sell side and re-financing) and sectors including the Retail, Energy, PE and Diversified Industrials sectors. You will also be expected to play a significant part in business development and marketing initiatives including developing relationships with some of the UK’s most enviable mid- market PE houses. This would suit a recently/newly qualified (ACA or equivalent) and ideally possess advisory experience (due diligence, IBR, business modelling) though this is not an absolute pre-requisite - applications are welcome from audit candidates with a strong commercial outlook and passion for the deal side.
