Join the City of Health and Wellbeing Creators Maternity Cover- Fixed Term Contract up to 31 March 2021 About us One of 31 local authorities across London committed to improving access to sexual health services, the City of London Corporation hosts the Sexual Health London Programme Team. We’re developing clinically and financially sustainable services to respond to the changing needs of the population. We also coordinate a sexual health governance programme for participating local authorities to work together through a strategic partnership. It includes a director-level board, a clinical advisory group and a group for commissioners. The role Working at the heart of local government, you’ll use your high-level administrative and secretarial skills to support the Sexual Health London team. This includes organising and minuting board-level meetings and other events, responding to queries, maintaining diaries and producing high-quality documents. You will also have the opportunity to take on project work such as carrying out research and analysing statistics. About you Highly organised with good team-working skills, you’ll have experience of taking minutes and coordinating diaries at management level. A proficient user of Microsoft Office, you’ll be fully familiar with Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as the use of databases. Excellent communication skills are essential and you’ll be capable of working flexibly and using your initiative. Research and analytical skills would be helpful.
