Permanent Bookkeeper job based in Perth area, salary £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience flexible hours Your new company Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on an exclusive basis for their established client based in the Perth area who are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager to join their team. Salary is £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience 29 days annual leave and flexible working - The role is full time however the company are flexible on hours worked. Your new role Reporting in to the Group Accountant, you will be responsible for the day to day accounting function to trial balance for several companies within the group. This will include bank reconciliations, end to end weekly and monthly payroll, preparation of management accounts to trial balance and VAT returns. You will also be in charge of all transactional accounting including sales and purchase ledger, credit control and payment runs. You will assist with year end accounts for audit purposes. What you'll need to succeed You will be a highly experienced Finance Professional who is fully competent in completing Accounts to Trial balance and in running an end to end payroll. You will be proficient in Sage and Microsoft Excel.
