Our client is looking for Bookkeeper


Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proficiency with QuickBooks. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Familiarity with Google Apps such as Docs, Gmail, and Calendar is a plus. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Conduct data entry and maintain financial records using QuickBooks. Handle collections accounts, including customer outreach for payment follow-ups. Monitor and manage incoming scheduled, pending, and declined payments. Ensure timely collection of deposits and coordinate with banks and customers as needed. Engage in customer communications, including collection and resolving challenging issues.
