Delivery Manager | Digital Agency | South West London | £55k - £65k The digital agency client that I’m currently working with is looking to hire a principal consultant to join their London team and aid the delivery of their client's projects across the full life-cycle, from inception to launch, and beyond. With several consultants in the business already, it will be important that this candidate has leadership qualities as they will essentially be the principal consultant. Hence, it will be integral that they can provide clear direction, the ability to mentor, and help the other consultants in their strategy moving forward with their projects. Strong candidates for this role tend to come from a software development background and then progressed their career into the delivery space. Hence, I am looking for proven delivery experience of software products and services, as well as the ability to work closely with technical teams. It is also crucial that the candidate can bring an element of structure, and willingness to wear multiple hats. Key requirements: Strong project management/delivery background in software delivery environments. Proven track record of delivering digital/software products and services, ideally SharePoint-based or app-builds. A technical background as a developer or tester, ideally C#, .Net, or another Microsoft. Creative and energetic team player who embraces change and a desire to continually improve. Proactive, positive, and ready to take on a challenging environment which requires direction, organisation, and structure. Experience in mentoring and leading other more junior team members, such as helping other project managers/delivery specialists to improve their ways of working and deliver more effectively. Ability to work well with multiple, collocated teams and on multiple projects.
