A company with an attractive development structure and opportunities for passionate hospitality professionals The Benefits £30,000 - £35,000 per annum 10% annual bonus Excellent career development opportunities The Job Role As the Food & Beverage Manager you will lead the F&B department across Restaurant, Bars and Meeting & Events The Food and Beverage Manager will recruit, lead, train and develop an enthusiastic team aligned with company standards and practice The Food & Beverage Manager will play a key role in supporting the Hotel General Manager and Director of Operations with the running of the hotel setting targets for the F&B teams in line with the overall departmental and hotel strategy. Support/Oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times. Manage the budget and cost effectiveness of the department. The Requirements This role will suit an existing Food & Beverage Manager from a sizeable hotel, seeking progression opportunities to Op's/GM within a growing brand You will have had experience in leading a team across F&B outlets Experience in running large events and functions will be advantageous. A passion for the hospitality industry and desire to flourish in a reputable brand is a must.
