Overview
Line Leader/ Supervisor (Food Manufacturing) My client a successful and well-respected food manufacture in the Cambridgeshire area are seeking Line Leaders/ Supervisors to join their expanding team. You will have previous experience as a Line Leader/ Supervisor, working within a fast-paced food production environment, focusing on traceability and food quality. The role Understand product specifications and make sure specs are available Monitor of staff performance Monitor product giveaways and ensure targets are met. Understand and plan tool changes Ensure Full Traceability is achieved for every batch of product through accurate recording of paperwork Quality of product and meeting daily KPI’s Always follow health and safety Skills and experience; Experience as a Line Leader or Supervisor within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Leadership experience Attention to detail when completing production paperwork Good English skills, written and oral Level 2 food and hygiene desirable On offer is a competitive salary, and additional benefits Days £12.20 including shift allowance Nights £14.46 including shift allowance 4on4off Days or Nights available Free Car Parking Career and development opportunities Permanent role Life cover Private healthcare Pension Annual leave increases one day for every year worked Mach are acting on behalf of client for this vacancy
