Overview

Health and Safety Manager (H&S Manager) My client a successful and well respected manufacture in the Cambridgeshire area are seeking a Health & Safety Manager to coordinate all H&S activities within a busy food manufacturing site. You will lead, implement and communicate all Health and Safety, conduct thorough auditing to ensure all accreditations are adhered to and maintained. You will influence, coach and educate the team at all business levels, providing positive engagement, driving culture change. Skills and experience; -Working within a food manufacturing environment -IOSH qualifications -NEBOSH certification, Diploma in occupational H&S is advantageous -Working with Duty Holder Register, DSEAR, PUWER -ISO14001/18001 internal auditing -Working in a heavily unionised environment -Strong communicator -Strong IT Skills On offer is a competitive salary, and additional benefits Annual leave increases by one day for every year worked Life cover Private healthcare Pension Bonus up to 10% of salary Key Words: HSE, H&S, ISO, Food Manufacturing Mach are acting on behalf of client for this vacancy
