Chef De Partie We are looking for an experienced Chef De partie to assist in the management of the main kitchen team alongside the Head chef and Sous as this busy property. As Chef DE Partie you will work within the main kitchen you will be responsible for all sections for all of the hotels F&B outlets including their 2 AA rosette restaurant, banqueting and Lounge Bar. The Place A luxury 4AA red star hotel nestled within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland, the hotel has over 40 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 1 holding a Michelin star the other 2AA rosettes as well as a busy terrace and lounge bar and exceptional conference facilities.
