This could be for you We are recruiting an enthusiastic chef de partie, to join our talented brigade of 7 chefs. We're looking for an individual who has a flair for cooking and wants to progress. You'll be working in a high-profile boarding school catering for students between the ages of 11 - 18 years old, and cater for hospitality therefore no day is ever the same. Responsibilities The chef de partie will assist in the preparation of a fresh, contemporary and nutritionally balanced menu You will assist in serving food from the self-service buffet Preparing high quality meals to international students Catering for breakfast, mid morning break, lunch and dinner Adhering to H&S and F&H regulations Assist the brigade of chefs where needed Will also be supervising the junior staff Ideal candidate Willing to learn and wants to progress to the next level Must have worked within a busy environment Would be to your advantage. if you come from contract catering Ambitious and be passionate about cooking Must enjoy working with children Excellent communication skills A can-do attitude It would be to your advantage if you have some pastry skills as we are seeking an all rounder Want to know more, call Andrea on 07872468680 or apply online today.
