Overview
Sous Chef - Rosette Ristara are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef for an award winning Country Gastro Pub in Derbyshire with live in accommodation available. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen who has a love for fresh food and creative menus. As a Sous Chef you will help ensure all food leaves the kitchen to the required standard. As Sous chef you will have gained experience in working to a high Rosette, Michelin Bib standard whilst maintaining a smooth fast service. Ideal candidates for the role: Will have experience within a high quality or Restaurant You will ideally have experience at 2AA rosette level Ideally you will have your own transport You will be calm under pressure You will be available and flexible.
