Sous Chef required Ashbourne area Derbyshire Dales Award winning Multi rosette Gastro Pub – Keen to gain further awards – Highly ambitious All candidates must have the highest standards and experience ideally rosette or solid independent gastro pub Excellent salary of £27,000 plus Great Tips & Bonus My clients are currently searching for a fresh food/rosette experienced Sous chef to become an integral part of this ambitious gastro pub in the Derbyshire Dales. The gastro offers a high standard of food at multi rosette and they have now won many national and local awards . All food will be sourced locally and the menu utilising the best of local seasonal produce available. This will in turn complemented by excellent non- intrusive service. Key points needed for this Sous Chef role Assist in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce sourcing of produce Training of Brigade Financial management of the kitchen – hitting gp’s etc Deputise in the absence of chef Day to day running of the kitchen The opportunity would be ideally suited to a Sous with ability and passion to cook excellent food and help build a great reputation in the local area Ideally you will have multi rosette/Michelin or 5 hotel background Benefits for the fantastic Sous Chef opportunity are; Excellent salary and Bonus Scheme £27,000 neg Bonus and Tips - £3k an year Chance to be involved in a fresh food quality establishment chasing accolades.
