Sous Chef required– Rosette County Hotel set in Rural Derbyshire set in the Manifold Valley Commutable from Buxton, Ashbourne & Bakewell areas – SK17 £22-25,000 DOE - plus Tips Live in available £50 a week Our client is a popular Hotel with an excellent reputation for good local food set a few miles from a popular tourist Derbyshire Market Town They are looking for an Exceptional Sous Chef join their brigade of 6. This busy Hotel restaurant prides itself on producing all in house from the freshest local Derbyshire produce. They are seeking a Sous Chef to come on board and be hands on in this small hotel. They are seeking a senior Sous chef to bring fresh ideas to the table and look continue to raise the standards of the food. The focus is on quality rather than quantity. This hotel in Derbyshire is looking to recruit a snr Sous chef to assist in running this successful hotel restaurant – The Candidate must have a solid Fresh Food background The property has a Rosette so rosette standards would be beneficial This Sous chef position may suit an existing Sous chef position. You must be passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This busy hotel is producing exciting fresh food for up to 50 covers on a service. The hotel also offers small weddings & conference facilitates They are looking for a chef with excellent kitchen and man management skills. You must have a real passion for fine dine food and for sourcing local produce. You must have at least fresh food/1 rosette background throughout your career.
