Sous Chef - Ashbourne - 2 Rosette Gastro Pub - £27,000 Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular 2 rosette gastro pub in Ashbourne and have a fantastic opportunity for a sous chef to join their team. As Sous Chef you will be responsible for helping run the kitchen day to day, and fully responsible on the Head Chef's days off. You will also be responsible for training and motivating the junior members of the team. You will also be involved with the ordering of stock and creating a menu which fits the venue.
