Experienced with wills, tax and trusts you will have an established following and current case load with a proven track record of generating new work. As the Wills, Trust & Tax Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to lead on a number of high net work projects within a team who specialise in the protection of assets through inheritance and capital gains tax planning.The successful candidate will have at least 5 years PQE managing high profile, high net work cases. In conjunction to this, experience in wills, probate, trust and estate administration is essential with the ability to provide a commercial approach to your application. Key Responsibilities include: - Full process management of cases within wills, probate, trust and estate administration - Manage client expectation whilst providing high quality legal advice on their particular situation - Responsibility to manage your own work load and prioritise workload from a number of complex cases - Be the 'go to person' in the office with an exceptional knowledge of Wills, Trust & Tax issues - Operate under a commercial approach to all segments of the role To be successful as the Wills, Trust & Tax Solicitor, you will have the following skill set: - Minimum of 5 years PQE - Confident personality who can communicate internally and externally to stakeholders of all levels - Strong eye for detail with the capabilities to spot the slightest of errors - Proven track record of managing high net worth clients on wills, inheritance tax planning, asset protection and knowledge of capital taxes - STEP qualified This role offers some fantastic benefits including 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced pension, death in service from day one of employment, Westfield Healthcare with an excellent remuneration which is negotiable dependant on PQE. This is a full-time position offered on a permanent basis and your hours of work will be between Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm and travel will be involved to other local sites.
