Overview
Associate Director of Operations Location: Chester Duration: On-going Start date: ASAP Band: 8D Pay: £33 PAYE - £40 UMBRELLA In conjunction with Strategic Clinical Director the role is responsible for leading and developing a culture which ensures the safe; efficient and effective delivery of patient/client care. A primary element of the role is to ensure positive strategic relationships with external stakeholders to deliver the national agenda across the local and regional health economy. Providing Strategic Leadership in Place. Responsible for the delivery of operational and performance targets, the achievement of local and national standards, human resources, quality and governance targets and budgetary control for Care Groups within portfolio. Responsible for leading strategic transformation projects that progress care delivery in-line with the Trusts vision. Responsible for supporting the contribution (inc performance), development and wellbeing of the individuals they directly line manage and ensuring direct reports do the same for staff in which they are responsible. Overseeing a culture in which staff are enabled to be the best that they can be.
