Mortgage Administrator - Mandarin Speaking An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Mortgage Administrator / Trainee Mortgage Broker to join our client, a leading financial services provider. You will be responsible for assisting a team of Mortgage Brokers dealing with a wide range mortgage lending cases. Applicants will need to be highly professional, being comfortable dealing with a wide range of clients, including HNW. Minimum 12 months mortgage administration experience essential Essential: Mandarin speaking - written / verbal Responsibilities: Regular liaison with lenders to obtain updates on applicant status and proactively progress mortgage applications through to offer. Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post Assisting Financial Consultants in preparation for client meetings. Researching products. Skills & Experience Required: A minimum of 12 months independent mortgage administration experience. Essential: Mandarin speaking - written / verbal Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently. Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral. Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service. A team player with ability to use own initiative. Ideally educated to degree level. Package: £25 - 30k basic Excellent Bonus Benefits OTE £35 - 45K
