Mortgage and Protection Advisor - PRIMIS Mortgage Network - SW London - Geography flexible across the South PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a CAS status CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor / Broker to join a well-established, high quality Appointed Representative Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network's Mortgage Advisory operation to service their partners highly regarded Estate Agency introducers business. The business partners have numerous branches located between Petersfield and Esher along the A3 - The exact location of the candidate is flexible as the role is home working utilising Zoom and the telephone. The incredibly successful network partner is keen to recruit a new advisor into their growing family of 3 advisors plus the admin support team. The well regarded admin support team enable the advisors to concentrate on writing new business rather than the tiresome and lengthy administrative requirements that many other advisors face on their own. The business is headed by an inspirational principle whom is a writing advisor himself. The principle is keen to introduce a new advisor into their small close knit team that will share the work ethic and desire to succeed displayed by that of the rest of the team. The main introducer partners for this Mortgage Advisory firm are an extremely well renowned and highly regarded independent estate agency group with market leading status in many of their branch locations. OTE here is uncapped but with expected earnings of 75,000 - 80,000 although with the generous commission scheme alongside the quality of the Estate Agency business as partners then top performers could earn more. The role is Self Employed with all leads provided - perfect PRIMIS Mortgage Network - a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business - LSL Property Services plc, is one of the largest and respected Mortgage and Protection Networks in the UK with some 2500 advisers in the UK across some 900 individually branded businesses across the UK.
