Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker - Richmond / Wimbledon Are you an experienced Mortgage Consultant / Mortgage Broker? Our client has an opening for a professional Mortgage Broker to work for their award winning brand in the London market. An outstanding base salary and industry leading commission. Working Monday to Friday allowing you to succeed and have the time to enjoy the rewards for your hard work. As a directly authorised intermediary firm, they have invested heavily in administration and support functions for their mortgage consultant teams, ensuring that the Adviser's can focus on delivering business. Requirements: * Full CeMAP / CII MP qualified * A proven track record in achieving targets * A persistent approach to deliver on high quality leads and prospects * Experience working in a mortgage consultant role, ideally in an estate agency environment * An ability to build trust in colleagues and customers as a respected Mortgage Advisor * Experience in a mortgage consultant role, preferably an estate agency environment Remuneration: £30 - £40k basic (depending on experience) and an OTE of £75k (Uncapped) The opportunity to build your career through new opportunities based on success Access to incentive programmes with exceptional rewards and exclusive experiences.
